For SFRs and ADUs: Investor’s General Contractor prepares the site prep/hookups/foundation, installs the asset on the worksite and builds the garage if necessary. Tiny Mansions sends the GC the permit-ready plans (CA-stamped architectural/MEP/structural/fire-suppression) for approval as per California Residential Code Title 25 and Title 24. Direct access to the CA Director of Factory-built Housing, Mr. John Westfall, is available should the GC encounters any issues with the local inspector.

For MTHs: Investor’s General Contractor prepares the land/hookups/slab and hoists the MTH onto the worksite. Tiny Mansions sends the GC the permit-ready plans (stamped architectural/MEP/structural) for approval as per local municipal codes according to ANSI A119.5 codes.
